1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Revio ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Revio provides a digital loyalty platform that enables businesses to create and manage customer loyalty programs through digital wallet passes (Apple Wallet and Google Wallet). The Service includes but is not limited to:

  • Creation and management of loyalty programs
  • Digital pass generation and distribution
  • Customer enrollment and tracking
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Push notifications

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Revio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Revio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
